Who we are:

Operating at the heart of our business the Supply Chain Support Team are based in our Leeds Head Office. You will be working across all 8 of our Arcadia brands: Topshop, Topman, Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Wallis and Outfit.

The Role:

To be present for our customers our contact centre is open daily from 6am-9pm. We have a range of shift patterns available covering these hours.

As we are a customer focused business we require you to be fully flexible across all days of the week including weekends and bank holidays.

We see Customer Care as a super important part of delivering a seamless customer journey. Regardless of whether that’s a visit to one of our stores or on a call to our Customer Care team we want to make that experience memorable.

As a member of our Supply Chain team in the Contact Centre you will manage the relationship between the movement of our stock by air, sea and road. You will also resolve discrepancies where possible in a timely manner to minimise disruption to the import/export of goods.

Day to Day:

  • You will be able to identify inaccurate information and report this to the necessary department in a timely manner to avoid any delays to the delivery of stock.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining databases to ensure a full audit trail is available if required for HMRC compliance standards.
  • You will often be liaising with internal and external stakeholders e.g. issuing clearance instructions.
  • You will process documentation and data onto various systems/spreadsheets, with the ability to assess the need to escalate issues if necessary.

Must Haves:

  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Computer literate with basic understanding of excel
  • Ability to adapt to new or changing processes
  • Build and develop a network of relationships both internally and externally
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbally
