You will work behind the scenes at the heart of our global flagship operation within our Cash & Stock Accounts offices. The team are responsible for the cashing up and banking for up to 120 till points, work closely with the operational management team and they are seen as experts in their area and take an organised and detailed approach to their work. You will offer key support & service to the teams working front of house to aid them in giving our customers the best possible instore experience.
The Cash Accounts office deal with the physical cash, voucher & foreign currency payments made by our customers, with high attention to detail they reconcile the tills and feed back issues to the team leader. They are responsible for making sure our till points are set up ready for daily trading and must ensure all valuables & keys are secured at the end of the trading day.
The Stock Accounts office is a versatile office with ever changing resposibilities. The team is resilient and responds effectivley to the needs of the business, they report issues with store EPOS systems & in store technology to Arcadia systems teams to ensure timely resolutions that don't disrupt store trade & service. All paperwork relating to our 5 daily deliveries is dealt with by the team in an accurate and effiecent manner to minimise loss and protect store profits.
The teams work in tandem with each other offering support & cover both ways throughout the day.
