The Role:

We are looking for an Affiliates, Influencer & Display Manager, with a proven track record across both Performance & Brand-led Marketing Campaigns (Acquisition & Retention) to manage the TOPSHOP TOPMAN Affiliate, Influencer & Display Paid channels.

Day to Day:

  • Lead the Affiliate marketing strategy for our UK, US and Global Markets - overseeing all relationships and programs across an array of retained partners
  • Manage relationships with Affiliate agency, working to ensure the agency is a true business partner
  • Take an analytical and ROI-driven approach while constantly proposing new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships depending on business priorities. Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, sales and scale brand awareness; ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand strategy and 360 approach
  • Monitor and report relevant activity in the industry, identifying competitor activity and valuable digital content programs and users


Digital Influencer: 

  • Develop, lead and deliver the Digital Performance Influencer/Content strategy, choosing partnerships that will resonate with current and perspective audiences
  • Develop close professional one-on-0ne relationships with both the leading and up-and-coming content creators.
  • Plan networking events that position TOPSHOP TOPMAN as a true business partner and a fruitful resource for growing influencer networks

Digital Display

  • Plan and lead delivery of the overarching objectives of the channels and the wider Performance Marketing Team
  • Build relationships & roadmaps with our Key Display Media Partners to ensure we are at the forefront of industry, pushing the boundaries in automation and innovation of the channel
  • Develop and be responsible for a large portfolio of in-house Display campaigns (Retargeting & Acquisition) spanning multiple networks, from conception to execution, optimizing & reporting
  • Integrate the Display Performance strategy into the overall marketing plan – driving optimisation plans though a data driven approach & a customer-centric lens


Must Haves:

  • Strong marketing experience - ideally gained in an online retail environment or Affiliate agency
  • Significant commercial experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Tenacious attitude with solid judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Well-rounded negotiation skills
  • Creative, innovative and strategic thinker
  • Confidence in taking calculated risks
  • Extremely well organised, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of humor and initiative
