The Shared Services Teams work across all Brands and are responsible for a huge range of activities from delivering product to over 40 countries worldwide, to achieving award winning store designs and handling 100,000 Customer Care calls each year. Within Shared Services there are over 1,000 employees working across 16 distinctive departments including International, IT, Finance, HR, Logistics, PR, Property, Digital and Sourcing.
We are looking for an experienced system administrator to manage and deliver a wide range of Finance application administration tasks, associated with the release of the new Infor Cloud Suite Financials and Supply Management system.
Initially, the role will be responsible for scoping and developing the full range of administration tasks to be undertaken by the finance systems team, working closely with the software provider (Infor) and Arcadia Technology colleagues. An important consideration will be the clear demarcation of responsibilities between the Finance Systems Team and Technology.
Once the system is live, then the role will focus on managing and developing appropriate controls to ensure that all necessary tasks are carried out as required.
You will work with the FinFor Project Team to facilitate knowledge transfer and fully scope Finance system administration activities across a range of Finance applications – Infor Cloudsuite Financials, Infor dEPM and related sub-applications.
Working collaboratively across project resources and stakeholders you will develop and deliver system scripts, business process maps & procedures for all administration activities and will test out all procedures ahead of the system go-live date later this year.
The role will need to have strong business process skills along with experience in Finance application management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are important as the role will need to build effective relationships, working with third parties (Infor & Cognizant), Technology, Process Leads within the programme and the wider Finance community.
This role will be a key part of the Finance transformation project to deliver the new Finance systems and shape the administration and interface management processes and procedures. This will be a permanent role post-launch to manage and deliver system administration processes & activities.
Day to Day:
Leading a matrix/small team, accountable for running, maintaining and developing a range of application administration tasks across CloudSuite Financials, d/EPM and other Finance applications to support on-going maintenance and running of applications.
Accountable for the data integrity of Finance systems and managing interface processes within agreed policies and controls.
Managing data integrity from source systems through middleware and into Finance applications (and between Finance applications) including validating and troubleshooting.
Working with the Finance teams to ensure data mapping remains accurate and up-to-date
Working as part of a programme team to scope and define all application administration tasks and interface management/data integrity tasks.
Working across the project team, with the support of the Finance System Analyst, to ensure knowledge transfer, scripting, business process mapping and procedure development takes place for all application administration and interface management/data integrity.
Collaborate closely with Technology to define roles and responsibilities in executing application administration tasks between Finance and Technology.
Managing, co-ordinate and test all application administration set up activities pre-go live.
Leading the implementation and communication of system administration and interface management processes and procedures to support the system go-live.
Embedding processes and procedures post-go live, driving continuous improvement.
Experience in scoping, defining and delivering Finance application administration activities within an integrated system environment
Experience in business process mapping & procedure development
Strong stakeholder management experience with proven ability to work across a matrix team to deliver results
Planning skills and managing activities to plan across a complex, matrix project team
Good understanding of general finance processes and the relevance of strong system administration in delivering robust financial processes and essential management reporting
