Our Oxford Circus Flagship store really is a 'one - off'. Our customers travel from all over the World to get a glimpse of what's going on behind the doors of our unique and iconic store. The store trades off 5 floors and total's 95,000 square foot of selling space, making it the largest store in the business! It receives 100's of new lines every week, so there is always something new and exciting to see. The pace is like no other and the atmosphere is unreal, keeping our customers coming back for more.

The Job

Working in TOPSHOP is demanding, exciting and ever-changing. Add that to working in a Flagship store and you’ll experience a pace like no other. Our Flagship Brand Managers lead a team of up to 4 Deputy Brand Managers, they know everything about our product and they live and breathe the current trends. They are constantly looking for new ways to drive sales on their department and aim to be the best store in their market place. They set the standard for what great service looks like, and help to create a unique culture and store personality.

Must Haves

  • Management experience in a fast paced retail environment (ideally Fashion) with a turnover of £4million+.
  • Genuine love for TOPSHOP and proud to be a Brand Ambassador.
  • Passion for customer service, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront of everything that the team do.
  • Strong understanding of how to use commercial tools in order to effectively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Strong awareness of local knowledge to pro-actively seek, anticipate and respond to shifting trends and new market opportunities.
  • Engaging leadership style that empowers the team.
  • Proactive approach to self development as well as the development of others.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and accountability for making decisions and communicating them effectively to the team.
  • Creating a culture where well-being matters and good performance is rewarded and recognised.
  • Ability to react quickly to changing situations, and delivering at pace.
  • Willingness to work late nights and early starts when required.
