The Role:

Miss Selfridge Managers play an essential role in contributing to business success, generating passion, energy, commitment from their teams, delivering commercial and visually stunning stores and putting the customer first at all times.

Day to Day:

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand at all times
  • Lead and motivate the Supervisors and team to deliver the ultimate customer experience
  • Use your retail management skills and understanding to maximise business performance
  • Deliver an effective communication and information exchange within the Cluster and across the Area/Brand
  • Use your time management skills to schedule, prioritise, and deliver on commitments made
  • Plan and prioritise week according to store requirements
  • Relationship building with stores and wider department stores

Must Haves:

  • Experienced Multi-site with a proven track record
  • Experience of leading and developing a successful team
  • Energetic with a keen enthusiasm for running a smoothly operated store
  • Fantastic knowledge of the product, brand, high street market and the Miss Selfridge customer base
  • Can demonstrate commercial acumen from previous retail experience
  • Inspires and drives their team towards success
  • Excellent people skills and team worker
  • Great step up for someone looking to progress into Area Management
