Operating at the heart of our business, Shared Services offer efficiencies to all of our Brands by providing centralised resources and competitive synergies for the Group. The Shared Services Teams work across all Brands and are responsible for a huge range of activities from delivering product to over 40 countries worldwide, to achieving award winning store designs and handling 100,000 Customer Care calls each year. Within Shared Services there are over 1,000 employees working across 16 distinctive departments including International, IT, Finance, HR, Logistics, PR, Property, Digital and Sourcing.

The Role

To assist the Reward team in a wide range of activities and provide a high level of administration support.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills within the Reward area. The role has clear accountabilities as well as providing support to Managers on key business projects and Reward activities. For the right candidate there will be an opportunity to develop and grow the role to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Reward Manager to provide comprehensive support to key reward initiatives including;

  • Annual Pay Review
  • Annual Bonus
  • Competency and promotion sign off
  • Manage the accuracy of data held on the Payroll system
  • Assist the Reward Manager with submitting robust data for market surveys
  • Provide support to the Reward Manager on the annual benefits renewal process
  • Manage the accuracy of data held on the flexible benefits platform
  • Maintain relationships with key benefits providers, informing them of any changes to selections
  • Manage the administration of the voluntary benefits scheme
  • Manage the Childcare Voucher scheme to ensure new starters, leavers and lifestyle changes are processed as required (with both our voucher provider and Payroll). First point of contact to provide advice/information to HR teams and employees
  • Own the administration process for season ticket applications
  • Management of benefit invoicing and cost centre cross-charging
  • Manage all BAU Reward administration on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide monthly MI analysis for general HR stats
  • Provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Reward Manager on project work
  • Build relationships and work closely with brand HR teams, Payroll, HR Systems and Finance
  • Manage the Reward email account

  • Good IT skills, including Excel and Word
